v2.0 Improved Navigation and Loading Speeds

First Update Since Public Release

So what have we upgraded?

After 2 weeks in the public domain, we had really positive feedback on the usability and features of the app. We also had suggestions on how we could improve the navigation and this version reflects that feedback.

Moved the Navigation ‘Buttons’ to Tabs (Bottom for iOS and Top for Android)

If you are looking for Happy Hours which are Happening ‘Now’, ‘In 1 Hours Time’, ‘In 2 Hours Time’, ‘In 3 Hours Time’ then rather clicking buttons to get there, users can simply scroll the options (under the search bar) and select which time that you want.

‘Time of Day’ Scroll Bar

Loading of Bars

This was our biggest Bugbear! It used to take over 5 seconds to load the bars from our DB to the app. Please to say now, that it takes under a second. Doesn’t sound much – but its had the biggest positive feedback since we made the upgrades to the App!

Map to open in Google Maps (on iPhone)

We are in the middle of creating this feature but it has come just a bit too late for this latest release. Its on our top priority list and will be available in our next version! You can of course open the Map in Google Maps on Android.
